Paper Hearts at Freedom Tower

First Annual fundraiser benefiting the MDC Museum of Art + Design on 13th Feb 2014 at Freedom Tower. 

There were 40 Works on Paper with a silent auction curated by artist such as Adler Guerier, Bhakti Baxter, Edouard Duval Carrie, Michelle Weinber and romantic grooves by DJ Hottpants with a feature set by Miami's own Afrobeta !

The event attended by 500 people.

To promote confidence and a healthy lifestyle in children and youth by facilitating participation and success in individual sports.

No More Tears' Mission:

To provide immediate individualized assistance to victims of domestic violence through holistic services, bringing hope, happiness and healing to survivors.


This event attended by 65 people and raised $1025,00.

Triathletes Aperitivo

An event at 20th Aug 2013 in Toscana Divino to support triathletes Mari Novo and Lucas Lechuga who will be participating in IRONMAN Florida in Panama City Beach, Florida November 2, 2013.

Their personal goal is to not only complete the race, but in the process raise funds for two causes close to each of their hearts.

The event raised $500 for the charity

Philanthropy Night on the River

"Philanthropy Night on the River" was held on 18th June 2013 organized by Miami City social at Capriccio on The River.

This event was to raise support for Luisa Ortega Home which supported 30 girls which come from slums of Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic and also provided education to more than 600 students who come from the underprivileged communities of Puerto Plata. Their goal is to teach these girls principals such as responsibility, respect and values.

The event raised $1600 in total.

Attendance: 180 people

Miami Heat Finals on the River

This was an event to enjoy the NBA Finals together with a beautiful back drop of the Miami river.

It was Game 6 & 7 Miami Heat vs Spurs on 18 & 20 June 2013 at Capriccio on the River.

There were multiple outdoor screen where everyone can enjoy from a huge terrace and indoor seating.

The Finals really heat up with the result Miami Heat wins the NBA Finals this year.

FLASHBACK: Miami 1980s

FLASHBACK: Miami 1980s was a multi-media art project/exhibition conceived by freelance photographer, Alexia Fodere in collaboration with The Miami Herald veteran photographers, Donna Natale Planas and Charles Trainor, Jr. Inspired by Fodere’s interest in the lifestyle and culture of Miami in the 1980’s, FLASHBACK was a strategically curated exhibition placing archived still images inset into vintage television sets. Featuring over 15 works, the exhibition exemplifies a testament to the final era of film photography, prior to the dramatic shift in technology with the advent of digital processing, and a new way of seeing through the lens.

It was held on June 7th at the Freedom Tower and was hosted by Miami City Social ...over 100 guests attended this great exhibition

Attendance: 170 people 

"Executive Happy Hour" was held on Toscana Divino every Friday since 31st of May 2013.

The event combined with food tastings and informative parings to teach you in a social way about food. Each week everyone can enjoy some unique wines that cannot be found by the glass.

This was Toscana Divino’s social night mixing Miami’s quality people and helping them to meet others.

Attendance: 80 people for first event

Night with Non Profits

Miami's cultural renaissance could not be more apparent than when members of the local community come together to support a great cause. Or in this case, thirteen causes. President of The Young Associates of Coral Gables Museum Cristina Mas and Patrick Jeary hosted a Night with Non-Profits; a large-scale philanthropic networking event to raise support for thirteen local non-profit organizations. 

The inaugural event raised support for The Young Associates of Coral Gables Museum, Ponce Society of Young Professionals, Monica Bruguera Foundation, Miami Beach Rotary Club, Fairchild Palms, Save Our Sisters, Voices for Children, Radio Lollipop, The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Miami Science Museum, Habitat for Humanity, Humane Society and Mas Family Scholarships.  

The night  raised over $5,000 for 13 different non profits.

Attendance 650 people

Brickell's Quality Networking events

This was the a series of events designed to bring the quality residents of Brickell together. The Hoxton the new cool, hip, trendy place to meet friends and make new ones. 

The first one was on 24th January 2013. On arrival there were a  complimentary Hoxton signature cocktails and food tastings, a Cigar lounge by the Village Humidor sponsored by Gurkha. Exhale provided express massages and manicures.

The guess also enjoy “out of the blue” cocktails sponsored by Bartenura and browse the designer jewelry offered by T’audrey designs.

There were around 200 guests attending and we believe everyone had lots of fun! 

This event continues on 31st January, 7th & 20th February, 27th March, and 30th May.

Attendance for series: 720 people

New Years Eve Party @Tikl Restaurant

New years eve party promoted on behalf of the former Tikl restaurant with 190 attendees 

This was a series of neighbor events at Doma Polo Bistro on 5 & 12 Dec 2012. 

Residents of Ten Museum, Marquis, 1800 Club and 900 Biscayne were invited to meet their neighbors on Wednesday 5th at 6.30 pm till late.
Also Residents of Marina Blue, 50 Biscayne and Viscayne were invited on 12th.
Food tastings was served from 7pm till 8.30pm, cocktails  provided on arrival and subsequent drinks were 50% off.
It was a great networking event that meets quality people in town.
Attendance 100 

A series of neighbor event was held at TIKL Restaurant on 13 & 28 November also 11 & 18 December 2012.

Various of residents was invited to this networking event. Residents of Icon, The Plaza, 1050 & 1060 Brickell Avenye on 13th November, Residents of   Icon Brickell and Viceroy on 28th November, Villa Regina, Skyline and Atlantis condominiums on 11th December, and also residents of the Four Seasons , Espirito Santo  and Jade condominium's on 18th December.

It was normally attended by around 140 people. This was a great networking opportunity for those that would like to meet quality people in town.

Attendance for series 450 people 

A lounge night in the heart of Brickell to mingle and discover the sophisticated fusion of food, art, fashion, beauty and music at one of the top-notch Italian Restaurants "Volare"

Everyone had a greet & meet with local jewelry and clothing designers, got a taste of wine and food combining with beauty and giving a flavor of art was the next stop lounge place to enjoy a Thursday nite!

'Do You Need a Boyfriend' event was held on 21 June 2012 produced by Miami City Social featuring painter and artist “Floyd the Rock Artist” spectacular exhibitions of the urban art, Blo Dry Bar for beauty & hair styling, Varelli Jewelry Designs one of a kind essential pieces, Via Uomo Men Shirts exclusive collections, Puerto Viejo Wines taste from Spanish Vineyards, Clinica Estetica C&H our spa solution experts, Bartenura Italian champagne.

 Attended: 200 people

Help A Good Cause

'Help A Good Cause' was held on 2 May 2011 organized by Miami City Social to help Tammy Moreno's Family.

Tammy Moreno, a Librarian Assistant at Shutss & Bowen LLP, faced disaster when her mother's house burned down and the family had lost everything.

Attendance: 60 people and $1200 raised

New Year's Eve Party @ Neo Vertika

A New Years Eve Miami Party which was held at Neo Vertika on 31 December 2011 was full packed of people.

It all began with free makeovers for the Girls at 6pm till 10pm sponsored by Mac, Dior and Lancôme courtesy of Macy's. Everything you need for the night from hair to eyelashes and accessories, including that last minute gift to surprise someone.

The main event started at 8pm with our guest DJ and open bar provided by Waxy's with food from local restaurants.

The VIP section sponsored by Mia, bottle service tables provided by The Bank for 6-8 and privately catered food along with a Cigar and hookah lounge. 

Just before midnight, everyone watched the countdown in New York on our projected screen and toast in the New Year with champagne at midnight. And before everyone go, special New Years gift bags provided by Macy's was given. Truly an enjoyable evening under the stars.

 Attended by 450 people 


The ‘Meet Your Neighbors’ event at the Neo Vertika, which was held on November 10th , was an incredible success, hosting over 740 people.

This eclectic event which included  38 vendors which meant there was something for everyone..

Girls were all lining up for makeovers and Macy’s gift bags …


The event was rated  10 of 10 on comment cards with 92 % also commenting they wanted the same event and card system in their building.

All attendees were given a Miami City Social card and a map on where to use it ..

Guests entered to a red carpet treatment, with an entire crew of photographers waiting to take pictures of the line of beautiful women.

Everybody has a great deal of fun, mingling from one room to the next with all kinds of distractions.

Attended by 790 people  


""Beauties and the beasts in brickell"" Organized by Miami City Social on behalf of the Humane society and supported by Tabu restaurant.

Other sponsors included Control hair salon , The Village Humidor along with Gurka Cigars.

The event was a great success with around 140 people attending, Tabu surpassed themselves with fantastic food...

Many people brought their dogs and had fun chatting and just enjoying people on Brickell ave, at one point the traffic stopped for half an hour to see what all the commotion was about.

Beautiful people and the gorgeous dogs having fun at the best kept secret in Miami ""TABU""

Wind by Neo - Meet the Neighbors

The ‘Meet Your Neighbors’ event at the Wind by Neo, which was held on June 29th, 2011 , was an incredible success, hosting over 300 people despite the local U2 concert.

Guests entered to a red carpet treatment, with an entire crew of photographers waiting to take pictures of the line of beautiful women. Everybody has a great deal of fun, mingling from one room to the next with all kinds of distractions.

The girls were occupied with the eyelashes and curls from Rik Rak, which was served up with Ceviche and Pisco Sours fom Inka . In the ball room was Control from Wynwood, who were applying their latest hair feather lock hair extensions to the slew of surrounding women, while being serenaded by the talented Jay Blues Band.

Downstairs, there were hookahs and cigars presented by the Village Humidor , which were toasted to by whiskey and beer provided by Presidente, and nicely accompanied by empanadas from Novecento .

And as if that wasn’t enough, just to ensure that all taste buds were being catered to, local favorites such as Tabu , Puntino, Tutto Pasta, and New York Bagel Deli provided the appetizers, the main course, and the dessert.

Miami City Social provided hundreds of vouchers to local vendors that included: free manicures, free eyebrow sculptures, a free meal for two, free cigars, and a weeks worth of free yoga.

Our events program is a very important way for us to cement the relationship between business and
resident. These social gatherings are NOT just about food and drink.

At our events we try to bring together a varied group of products and services. This way we better
target the demographics of the residents in our network, while creating a truly unique experience for all
parties involved


In each building that is within our network, we organize two events per year which are called the “Meet
your Neighbors, Our last event at Neo Vertika attracted 740 people and included 38 vendors

Planning a good event may sound is but the real test is the results and this can only be tested by feedback.
He is a sample of ours at one of our most recent events.

86% of the comment cards showed a 10 out of 10 rating and 92 % also commenting they wanted the same event and card system in their building.


This event was in a residential building but they can equally be done in commercial buildings as well.
